TakeOne automates the video production process for businesses for a fraction of the cost and time, scaling video creation in a way that was never possible before. TakeOne is a production company in an app. The app uses AI and AR to help businesses create stunning videos that replace the need for an expensive camera, lights, and film crew.
We completed our seed round and are looking to grow our team. We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Developer to join our small startup and help us automate the video creation process. The successful candidate will develop end-to-end algorithms to support our product from ideation to production. This role requires a problem-solver who is comfortable working with a variety of domains, including video and sound quality enhancement, NLP, and AR. We are looking for someone that has strong experience in signal processing or/and computer vision that also is familiar with the latest ML tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end algorithms to support our product from ideation to production
- Develop algorithms to improve video and sound quality, as well as NLP and AR
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the algorithms are effective
- Troubleshoot and debug any related issues
- Keep up to date with the latest technological advancements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in algorithm development
- Expertise in Python and signal processing
- Experience with ML and AI technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a global and distributed environment and meet and work with people in different time zones
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for solving complex problems
- Strong attention to detail

Anticipated annual salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 plus company stock options + health insurance.
